Hello all! It has been a few weeks since my last post and we are winding down in the 2008 season. There are a few races to talk about so I will start with Millvile. It is one of the best tracks we race and is always alot of fun! both motos I started poor and found myself coming through the pack once again. The first moto I was able to get to 7th and the second moto I was able to get to 4th which was good enough for a 4th place overall. I felt that I rode better than my results showed. Another cool thing about the weekend was the BIG debut for all the rookies.

SOUTHWICK

Southwick is an interesting race because of how different it is to any of the other tracks we race. It is one of the toughest races for myself. Overall I was pretty pleased with my performance. The first moto I was feeling good and feeling surprisingly comfortable on the track. I had a bit of a vision issue that was just kinda a fluke deal and had no tear offs after the 3rd lap. It made for a long moto and eventually ended up 6th. I was feeling really strong going into moto 2 and was ready to get going. Moto 2 got under way and I found myself laying in the first turn not really knowing what happen. It was just one of those things were everyone was bouncing off of each other and the end result was me being in the dirt (or sand I should say). I picked myself up and was thinking “this is going to be a long moto”. I charged the whole way and was getting updates from my mechanic and I was actually surprising myself at how far I had caught up. With th

ree laps to go I was in 10th. On the last lap I was able to get one more guy and ended up 9th in the moto. 6-9 for 5th overall, The lites class has not changed one bit!

So here we are with one round to go. I am exited to get it going even though it looks like we might have a mudder. I am flying straight from the race to go on an 11 day vacation with RV and some of his family and my girlfriend is coming wih me as well. I am excited I have never really been on a vacation so I think it will be good. When I get home there are going to be some pretty big changes for me. As I am sure most of you know I am going to be riding for Pro Circuit in 2009. So I will be changing bikes and begin testing and getting comfortable with the bike, the team and all the people. I think it will be fun for me but on the same note I do want to thank GEICO Powersports HONDA for everything they have done for me. THANK all of you sooo much!!!!

I will update everyone when I get back from vacation and let you all know how steel city went and how the time off went.
