Hey everyone.
Welcome to my “blog” and the new twmx web site! First off I want to thank Donn for letting me write on the site.
My “plan” is to update my blog after every race and fill everyone in on what happen over the weekend as far as the racing , the track, my personal performance, etc.
Hopefully everyone enjoys it!!
I am currently on the airplane making my way to NY for Unadilla. A couple weeks ago at Red Bud I crashed in practice and hurt my shoulder. I have been doing a good amount of therapy and I am starting to feel some improvement. This week went really well. I was able to get back on my usual training schedule. Having said that I am excited for this weekends race at Unadilla. I think the track is pretty cool, of course there are some potential life threatening rocks but I still think it is a good race track.
Anyway hope you enjoy and I will do my best to keep everyone updated on the latest and greatest news.

Hey “Oscar Meyer Wiemer”. What do you think about Steve Cox’s column about equalling the bikes up a bit. In other words, in your personal opinion, are privateer bikes that much different than the factory stuff? Being a suspension guy I just have to ask. I know the factory stuff is a bit different from stock. Could you have factory shock and sticks valved and sprung to satisfaction? Say everyone had to used production stuff, would it equall up the field? I’m dying to know! TWMX, the new website is stellar!
PS make sure to say “for sure” when on the podium. Its the new “Gnarly”

So I heard some rumors that you might take up lawn mower racing. Some crazy chick I talked to said she had met you and you were wanting to practice by mowing her lawn. What was her name….Oh yeah, B-R-Y-N-N. Anyways, she was all about it. I think you are a great motocross rider, but I’m pretty sure you would dominate on a lawn mower. Or monster truck. You know, whatever. Let me know if you are in the market for a mechanic. I can defintely mow some lawn myself, but am always willing to help the next up and comer. Late.

Holy shit Jake its Jorden from Burley. I used to ride all the time with you at Duncans, Rupert, and where ever else we went. I was wondering how your racing career was going then I saw your interview in Racer X a few years ago and thought that little son of bitch. Its totaly sweet man, I still am a huge fan of riding and have been “rootin” for ya, I guess all the shit you took from your old man payed off. GOOD SHIT man. Any way I live in Vegas now and own a metal fab shop. I usually go riding at Sandy Valley MX, the track is the SHIT. Any way good to see you are doing good and keep that bitch on two wheels.
